Asparagus Salad - Finely chopped organic mixed greens, portabella mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, artichoke hearts, asparagus, and sliced cured Capocollo. Topped with a lemon vinaigrette.                           $8.95

Maytag Blue Cheese- Organic baby lettuce dressed with lemon, cracked black pepper and extra virgin olive oil, tossed with garlic, croutons, crumbled blue cheese, diced tomatoes and portabella mushrooms.                $6.95
